Logging into the Web site for the 1st time?
If you previously attended an ITEA event (e.g. course, workshop, Annual Symposium), you are already in the our database.
- Click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the e-mail address that you would have used on that previous registration.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation message to that e-mail address with a link to direct you to change your password.
If that e-mail does not work please contact James Gaidry, ITEA Executive Director, at 703-631-6220, to update your primary e-mail address in our database.

After Logging into the ITEA Web site
Once you have successfully logged in go to 'My Account' go to link for ONLINE STORE and Go Shopping!
Pre-registration is preferred for ITEA events, but if you have last minutes plans, on-site registrations are accepted at all events. Payments are accepted in the form of check, credit cards, and government purchase orders. Please include payment or send/fax a copy of the purchase order with your registration.
Registering someone other than yourself? Please contact James Gaidry, ITEA Executive Director, at 703-631-6220, for the 'primary email address and default password' of the person being registered.
Registering for a 'group'? Please make sure everyone you want to register has previously logged in to ITEA.
SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Substitutions are permitted. Refunds are not available within ten (10) days prior to the start of the event. Requests for cancellation submitted between ten (10) to 45 days prior to start date of the event will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Requests for cancellation greater than 45 days prior to the start date of the event will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
