We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the UK in T&E Summit in Portsmouth, England. This guide will help you make the most of your experience—from arrival to sessions to networking. Registration Location and Hours

  • Registration is outside the Mary Rose Conference Room
  • Early Access: Monday morning [8:00 AM– 5:00 PM]
  • Tuesday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Arrival & Check-In

  • Visit the registration desk upon arrival to pick up your badge and make any necessary last-minute payments.
  • Badge is required for all sessions and networking events.
  • Registration includes the entire program including general session, technical tracks, admittance to the innovation showcase with our vendors, refreshment breaks, lunches, and the Network Reception hosted by DELL on Tuesday evening [5:30 PM music begins, 6:00 PM buffet begins]

Parking

  • Day parking for local attendees is complimentary.

What to Wear

  • Business casual is recommended
  • Conference rooms can be cool—consider bringing a light jacket

TIPS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Make the Most of Your Time

  1. Multiple tracks run at the same time—Scan the Abstracts early and plan your must-attend sessions.
  2. Sessions begin promptly—plan to arrive a few minutes early.
  3. Plan to visit our vendors in advance, bring your business cards, and be ready to make your connections.
  4. Visit with our Poster Paper Presenters – Scan the Abstracts!
  5. If you need to have a private meeting, visit the registration desk to reserve our Ad-hoc meeting room.
  6. Don’t miss the ITEA Networking Reception on Tuesday evening hosted by DELL

Professional Development: Earn Education Units

  • When you attend an ITEA pre-event tutorial, you earn education units for your professional development training goals.
  • Seats are still available on Monday for the pre-event tutorial: The CTEIP Body of Knowledge
  • Separate registration is required.
