We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Test Instrumentation Workshop (TIW) in Las Vegas. This guide will help you make the most of your experience—from arrival to sessions to networking. Thank you for being part of TIW. We’re excited to bring together the test and evaluation community for a valuable and engaging experience.

  • Conference Center Lobby
  • Early Access: Monday afternoon [2:00 – 4:00]
  • Tuesday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Arrival & Check-In

  • Visit the registration desk upon arrival to pick up your badge and make any necessary last-minute payments.
  • Badge is required for all sessions and networking events.
  • Staff will be available to assist with directions and questions.
  • Registration includes the entire program including general session, technical tracks, admittance to the innovation showcase with our vendors, participation in the hands-on-lab experience, refreshment breaks, lunches, and the Network Reception hosted by Raven Defense on Wednesday evening.

Parking

  • Day parking for local attendees is complimentary.

What to Wear

  • Business casual is recommended
  • Conference rooms can be cool—consider bringing a light jacket

TIPS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Make the Most of Your Time

  1. Multiple tracks run at the same time—Scan the Abstracts early and plan your must-attend sessions.
  2. Sessions begin promptly—plan to arrive a few minutes early.
  3. Review all the vendors in advance, bring your business cards, and be ready to make your connections.
  4. If you need to have a private meeting, visit the registration desk to reserve our Ad-hoc meeting room.
  5. Don’t miss the ITEA Networking Reception on Wednesday evening hosted by Raven Defense.

Professional Development: Earn Education Units

  • When you attend an ITEA workshop or 4-hour pre-workshop tutorial, you earn education units for your professional development training goals.
  • Seats are still available on Tuesday for any one of the excellent 4-hour courses available.
  • Separate registration is required.
  • Read the Abstracts and register or decide on-site.
