International Test and Evaluation Association Advancing the field of Test and Evaluation worldwide in government, industry and academia
For over 40 years the International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit education organization,
has been advancing the exchange of technical, programmatic, and acquisition information among the test and evaluation community.
ITEA provides a variety of professional development formats — including online and face-to-face learning to help
you to maintain, develop, or increase your knowledge, problem-solving, technical skills or professional performance standards.
These course offerings are also directly mapped to our Certified Test and Evaluation Professional (CTEP) certification
and the 4 domains that have been identified by our Board of Examiners.
ITEA is working smart to keep the Future T&E Workforce at the front of our mission. We achieve this by working with our local chapters
to provide STEM-focused scholarships; host STEAM-a-thon competitions for school aged children from Elementary
through High School; and continually pulse our leadership to learn how we can provide solutions to their
biggest workforce development challenges.
ITEA has enriched my research work, inspired my dedication to the field, and enhanced my engagement with
talented T&E leaders. Being a dedicated board member, panel chair, and tutorial instructor has provided me the
opportunity to give back and make an impact on the success of our T&E community. These benets extend to our
Systems Testing Excellence Program (STEP) where our corporate membership has provided valuable resources
and networking opportunities for all our STEP research team members.
