Abstract:
Test Smartly! Shift your Operational Testing to the Left. How to utilize a one team approach to all testing. Early Operational Testing (OT) Involvement from the very inception of the program can help streamline the process and products when it comes to sharing test data and results. OT focuses on the warfighter ensuring rapid fielding of capability and can help remove bureaucratic constraints that slow the process.
